Footwork drills are a series of exercises designed to improve a person's foot speed, agility, balance, and coordination. These drills typically involve movements such as jumping, side-stepping, shuffling, pivoting, and sprinting. Some good footwork drills that you may have seen done in the past are ladder drills, jump rope, cone drills, and light plyometrics.
